And you know what is the biggest reason behind the success of Snapchat that you can use to improve yourself.

Snapchat is a big giant today because of one feature and that is called streaks. What happens to you or your friend if you mistakenly lose a snapstreak with someone. You become sad. It ruins your mood. Maybe you probably want to reset it back to normal again. You genuinely want your streak to never break. You want to see the number on the streaks option rise to even larger numbers.

And you can literally use this same feeling to fuel your self-improvement. and here are the steps.

Yes you need to make different calenders for different habits you want to develop. Grab multiple calenders and name them with the habits you want to develop. Like name one Kickass Workout Routine, and one The Meditative Mind. You get the drill. Now after getting multiple calenders and naming them by the Habit you want to develop. Paste it on your wall.

2. Cross The Dates

Cross the dates you perform the activity. And literally after just a few weeks you will have a streak of Dates you have done the activity and hopefully there will be a very few days where you might have missed.

Believe me the feeling you get when you are about to lose the streak is the same feeling you’re gonna get when you’re about to break your habit streak and there will be something inside of you that doesn’t wants you to break the cross streak and that will make you do the work to cross the streak.

But maybe you can cheat and even cross on the dates were you might not have done the activity. But that would be a waste of your time because you are only cheating your future version.

You’re only cheating your future version of the physicue he could have had. You’ll be cheating your future self of the good mental health you could have had. So, Just know that cheating is gonna harm you only. So, No cheating.
