5 Books I Re-Read Every Year And you should too
Over the last 4 years, I have read 100s of books. Some we good. Some were mind-boggling but there were very few that left a long-lasting impression in my mind and I made a pledge to myself that I will re-read these books every year, no matter what happens.
Here are 5 Books that I always re-read every year and you should too:
1) The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck
Even if you have never read a single self-improvement book. You might still have heard of this book.
Many people say it’s overrated. But I’d say it’s overrated for good reasons
2) The Almanac of Naval Ravikant
Naval gained his popularity after his Twitter thread on “How to get rich without getting lucky” went viral
So, Eric Jorgensen decided to take all his podcasts episodes and Twitter threads and expand them into a book
And what we got was a piece of art. That’s gonna stay evergreen forever.
3) Atomic Habits
James Clear’s ideas and models on How to Build Habits that last a lifetime will help you make any habit last forever
This book is extremely powerful for removing bad habits and improving good ones
4) Show Your Work
The biggest obstacle for creatives, freelancers, and writers is they never show their work
They always wait for their work to be perfect before publishing it which leads to them never publishing anything.
And this book encourages and gives tactics to apply and Show Your Work to the world
5) Do It Today
In a world of productivity books, this book is underrated as well as an OG.
It should receive more attention than it gets. Because This book is a collection of articles.
And you can play around. And every article is small as well as deep and gives you the mindset or hacks necessary to become productive in the thing you want.
